It's really fast to open Demat account on Dhan, especially if you are already an investor in Stock Markets or Mutual Funds, and your KYC records are already available in any of the SEBI registered KRA (KYC Registration Agency).
Please keep the following documents handy while opening your Dhan Account:
Pan Card

Bank Verification
(electronic penny drop verification if supported by your bank) or alternatively Cancelled Cheque or Passbook or Screenshot of your Savings account - all clearly mentioning Bank Account Holder’s name, IFS Code, Branch Address and Account Number.Income Proof (Mandatory for F&O segment)
Last 6 Months bank statement
Latest Salary Slip
Latest DP Holding statement (any period, but not more than 3 months)
IT return Acknowledgement
Form 16 (for salaried)
Your Photograph (Selfie is taken during the process)
Photo of your Signature as on PAN taken on a white paper or captured on the mobile screen.

Please note: As per the regulations, it is not possible to open an account with a PAN that is not linked to Aadhaar.
