Inline with guidelines from Stock Exchanges, any segment on Dhan is marked as inactive if there has been no transaction done for a period of 12 months.
If any segment is getting deactivated in Dhan, you will receive prior communication in advance before it is deactivated for you to act on the same. In case a segment got deactivated, you will see an option in your profile section asking you to reactivate the same. It may usually take 2-3 working days (at the max) to reactivate your segment, however we also prefer that you keep all segments active by making at least one exchange transaction every 12 months.
