Request you to please check once that funds have been transferred from a bank account linked to Dhan. For UPI transfers as well, since a UPI ID may be linked to multiple bank accounts, do check that the mandate was accepted from a bank account linked with Dhan.
If you have transferred funds from an account that is not verified and linked to Dhan, funds will be automatically refunded in 5-7 business days. As per regulations, we cannot accept funds from a bank account not verified and linked to your Dhan account.
If funds are transferred from the correct account or not refunded within time, please email relevant screenshots to help@dhan.co.
