Fund withdrawal requests submitted before 5.00 pm (non-bank holiday) are processed on the same day. Requests submitted post 5.00 pm are processed before 12 noon the next day.
Withdrawal requests placed on a banking holiday may take longer than 24 hours to be credited in your account, depending on your bank.
