Please ensure that you are on the latest version of mobile app to add nominee.Follow the below path to add nominee.

On the Home Page of your App click on Your Display Name.

Then Go to the Profile & Account Details Under Manage Account Section

On the Next Page you need to scroll down wherein you will get the option to Add Nominee.
