Mutual Funds are investment vehicles designed for long-term wealth creation. Mutual Fund Managers or Professional Fund Managers collect the amounts invested by multiple investors and pool them to make a fund which is referred to as a Mutual Fund Scheme. This fund is then invested in multiple different companies or stocks based on the fund manager’s objective and experience. In this way, Mutual Funds make investment easy for investors by diversifying their investments. For example, if you want to invest in equity, instead of selecting a single company after extensive research, you can simply invest in a Mutual Fund. Your money is then invested in all the companies that the Mutual Fund holds.
