A Mutual Fund order may fail due to multiple reasons including ones like AMC rejection due to KYC status not being updated or because of the fund limit being crossed for the particular scheme or Order being rejected by the AMC / Exchange. 

Rest assured, if payment is deducted for any order that fails or is rejected, the amount will be credited back to the bank account within 5-7 working days. You may check the order details and reach out to us on help@dhan.co for any assistance the amount is not credited within 7 working days.
