There could be a couple of reasons why you are unable to fetch or discover the details of your bank accounts on Dhan:


  1. The bank is temporarily unavailable and is unable to provide a response

  2. The bank account is a joint account (joint accounts are currently not supported on the Account Aggregator platform)

  3. The mobile number registered in the bank should be same as on Dhan

  4. You only have fixed deposits in the bank (we only support savings and current accounts)


If you do not fall under any of these categories, there is a high chance that you have already linked your bank accounts on a third-party application which has partnered with the same RBI-licensed Account Aggregator that we have.


The registered name of this Account Aggregator is Finsec AA Solutions Pvt Ltd. Their brand name, which you can search on Google Play Store or Apple App Store is OneMoney AA.

Once you have downloaded the app and signed in (using the same mobile number as you have used on Dhan), click on “Accounts” tab at the bottom.


You should be able to see the bank accounts that are already linked via Account Aggregator right here:


If you do not find any bank accounts listed here, please connect with us on help@dhan.co so that we can identify the issue.


However, if you do find your accounts listed, you will need to delink the ones that you want to view on Dhan.


Click on “Delink account” for all the accounts that you want to be discovered on Dhan. Each Delink process will trigger a separate OTP.


Caution: Doing this step will remove your accounts from all other third-party applications as well.


Once done, you can come on Dhan app and attempt the process, you should be able to view all the accounts that you have delinked.
