Generally it takes upto 30 - 45 days, from the record date for the dividend to be credited in your primary bank account which is linked to the Demat account. If you don't receive the dividend in your bank account on time, please contact the company's RTA. You can find the registrar information on the NSE website under the 'Company Directory' tab and on the BSE website under the 'Corp Information' tab.
