  1. Go to your Payment App: Navigate to the mandate section and check if you have an open mandate.
  2. If you have multiple mandates, cross-verify the Application ID in the mandate details with the one mentioned in Dhan's Application order details.
  3. If it's been more than 6 hours and the mandate is not received, consider cancelling your bid in Dhan's application and placing a new one.
