When you consolidate your external Mutual Fund folios into Dhan folios using platforms like MF Central, the RTAs do not share this information with us in their reports. To resolve this discrepancy, we’ll manually update your portfolio.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Send an email to us at [email protected]
with the details of your consolidation.
2. Attach your detailed CAS report in the email.
You can download this report by following these steps:
- Go to the CAMS website
- Select Statement Type as: Detailed.
- Select Period as: Specific Period (from 01/01/1990 to the current date).
- Choose Folio Listing as: With Zero Balance Folios.
- Set a Password for the report.
3. Include the following details in your email:
- Scheme name
- Target folio
- Source folio
- Password you set for the report
What Happens Next?
After receiving your email, we’ll ask you to refresh your external Mutual Funds in your Dhan app.
Once this is done, it will take 3-4 working days for us to update your consolidation request from our backend systems.
